I purchased a pair of custom made orthotics for arch pain from Dr. Klein. Prior to visiting Dr. Klein I had purchased a pair of "over the counter" orthotics at a specialty "foot store" . The difference between the custom made and over the counter version was like night and day. Dr. Klein's office staff was also very helpful not only in trying to squeeze me in for an appointment but also in helping with an insurance claim.
